Deck Pro Application Process
Step 1
SUBSTRATE
Preparation of the substrate starts with cleaning the surface. Endurit can be applied over wood or concrete. A proprietary seam tape is used to reinforce the plywood seams.
Step 2
BASE COAT
The 40 mil Base Coat is applied with rollers and squeegees over the prepared substrate. Substrate is watertight on Day 1 of installation.
Step 3
AGGREGATE
The Wear Coat is comprised of a 15 mil Base Coat, left wet and broadcasted aggregate. This step ensures high impact resistance, as well as a non-slip feature.
Step 4
TOP COAT
The 20 mil Top Coat is applied with rollers and squeegees. The Top Coat comes in a variety of colors to ensure aesthetic diversity.
